Orientation
and Training
During the first several weeks of employment, new associates participate
in an informal Orientation Program. They receive important information
regarding the performance requirements of their position, company
benefits and policies, Almy Mission, Values and History and an overview
of Total Quality Management. In addition, we provide a brief introduction
to our customer markets and products. Future orientation items include
learning how each department functions and the relationship to the
new associate's job. Those associates involved with our Customer Service
and Marketing departments also receive extensive training in Almy
products and target markets. |
