Part Time Customer Service
Representative Greenwich, CT As a member of the Customer Service Team, the
Customer Service Rep supports Almy’s objective to continue to build
itself into an internationally recognized industry leader known for
its innovative and adaptive style. Our Customer Service Reps provide
optimum sales service to customers utilizing their knowledge, skills
and willingness, using Total Quality Management principles as a tool
in identifying and documenting process & procedures, and an
efficient system to support telephone order entry and inquiry
resolution. This position will work
Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-2:30 PM. Key Responsibilities:
- Customer telephone sales processing
- Providing sales assistance
- Problem resolution
- Supporting exchange and return transactions
- Responding to billing inquiries
Requirements include:
- 3-5 years experience in an inbound Customer Service / Call
Center environment.
- Strong Data Entry Skills
- Experience with an MS Windows-based PC environment, e-mail and
familiarity with MS Word (or other Windows based program)
- Excellent Organization, Problem Solving and Follow-up skills
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills
