Customer Service Representative
Greenwich, CT

Hours: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, Alternating 10:00 AM-6:00 PM

In this strong customer oriented position you will work closely with our sales team by achieving your target number of daily outbound calls, generating test orders, following up with prospective customers to various requests and acquiring & maintaining account information. You will also assist customers in the proper use of our products.

  • Close multi-step sales
  • Document all customer interaction and follow-up
  • Maintain Customer File information
  • Adhere to department performance standards and procedures and all company policy.

Education Required
High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience Required

  • 3-5 years experience in an inbound call center environment.
  • Sales Support experience .
  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints and order problems. Determine issue complexity, conduct research, recommend solutions, conduct follow-up to ensure customer satisfactions.
