Processing, Acknowledgement and Delivery
Orders
sent through almy.com are processed by Almy within two business days
of being submitted. Unless you have requested embroidery or engraving,
products identified as "QuikShip" or ‘in stock"
are usually shipped within one day after being processed. Please allow
an additional ten days for embroidery or engraving. "QuikShip"
items that are temporarily out of stock and products identified as
"Custom" usually are shipped within four to six weeks of
being processed. We will send you a letter to let you know the expected
delivery date of any order that will take more than two weeks. If
you require next-day delivery or immediate confirmation of the expected
delivery date for an order, please place your order using our customer

We
are working diligently to make all Almy Catalog products available
on almy.com. Our web site is a work in progress and we appreciate

Terms
All
orders submitted through almy.com must be prepaid by American Express,
Discover, MasterCard or Visa credit card. We will charge the card
only when we ship your order. To thank you for prepaying, we will
absorb one half the cost of "ground" delivery to the USA
and Canada.

Returns
Shipments
to USA and Canada include simple instructions and a prepaid UPS or
USPS label for returning merchandise to us. We will deduct $8.00 from
the credit for any returns using these services. International customers,
please contact us for return assistance.
Damage
Claims
Be
sure to open your package promptly and inspect for shipping damages.
If merchandise is damaged, save all packaging materials and call us
at 1.800.225.2569. We will help with additional instructions, and
provide a speedy exchange.
